- Who can see it: Only authorized personnel at VolkanaDEV with access to the volkanadev@volkanadev.com inbox can read your submission. No third parties have access.

4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We do not use cookies on this website. We do not use web beacons, tracking pixels, session identifiers, or local storage for analytics or advertising purposes. 5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. - Government contract requests: Retained for the duration of the Master Government Infrastructure Contract and any applicable regulatory retention requirements, which may extend beyond the contract term.
- Legal holds: If correspondence is relevant to an active legal matter, we retain it until the matter is resolved, regardless of the timelines above.
You may request early deletion of your correspondence at any time by emailing us (see Section 13). We will comply unless a legal or contractual obligation requires retention.

- Using Google Workspace's built-in security features, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
